We want you to love your ASTRAL purchase, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To help ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please review the policy details below.
1. Eligibility Requirements for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from ASTRAL is required.
Important Note:
Engraved or Personalized Products: Engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, as personalized products are final sale.
2. Return Process and Instructions:
If your item meets the eligibility requirements and you would like to proceed with a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Our Support Team:
- Email info@astralwatchesng.com to initiate your return.
- In your email, include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos if the item is damaged).
Prepare Your Item for Return:
- Place the item securely in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase within the package.
Ship to Our Lagos Return Address:
- Returns should be sent to our designated Lagos address, which will be provided to you by our support team.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for documentation and proof of return delivery.
Please note: To comply with our return policy, we must receive the returned item before processing any refund. Failing to return the item to our specified address before requesting a refund is a violation of our policy and will result in a denial of the refund request.
3. Return Shipping Fees:
Single Orders Over N100,000: For items priced at N100,000 or above, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, depending on some products.
4. Refund Process and Timeline:
Inspection and Processing Time:*Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Non-Eligible Returns: If the item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., appears used or is missing tags/packaging), we reserve the right to decline the return, in which case the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or Engraved Items: Custom-engraved items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Final Sale Items: Certain clearance items or promotions may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
